The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review for sNYCHA has reached a critical milestone with the release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), directly related to NYCHA’s plan to demolish Fulton, Elliott, and Chelsea—though these developments can still be saved. To help our community understand what’s in the Draft EIS and how we can act together, the Chelsea Reform Democratic Club (CRDC) is hosting an information session on April 17 at 6:30 p.m. We encourage everyone to attend, learn about the findings, and explore ways to protect our neighborhoods.
