4. Report on recent victory opposing closing of Beth Israel Hospital and what to do to keep it open;
5. CRDC works with Food & Water Action to convince Governor Hochul to sign legislation to ban fracking;
6. Protecting tenants by passing Good Cause Eviction and strengthened rent regulation;
