- Update on the NYC Housing Authority tenants' struggle to oppose privatization and demolition;
- Crisis at Community Board 5 and what it means for our community;
- Report on recent victory opposing closing of Beth Israel Hospital and what to do to keep it open;
- CRDC works with Food & Water Action to convince Governor Hochul to sign legislation to ban fracking;
- Protecting tenants by passing Good Cause Eviction and strengthened rent regulation;
